Who we are
Grupo BadBen23 was born in Mataró with a simple idea: that building work could be commissioned with the same peace of mind as any other important purchase. A clear price, a delivery date and one person who answers.
In our first full year, seven public administrations in Catalonia have entrusted us with eleven projects. We bring that same rigour to every renovation and every house we build for private clients.
We believe building work should not be a source of worry. That is why everything is decided before we start: you see the result in 3D, you receive an itemised quote and a written schedule, and you have a single site manager who is accountable from start to finish.
How we work
- Clarity: detailed quotes, with no open items.
- Commitment: written deadlines and project follow-up.
- In-house team: our own people do the work.
- Proximity: we are based in Mataró and get to every visit quickly.
Homeowners, businesses and the public sector
